Oracle Golden Gate 11G
 

Who Should Attend: Oracle DBAs, PL/SQL Developers, Technologist responsible for data replication, High availibility technologists.

 

Salient Features You will be given a set of servers to install, implement and configure the Oracle Golden Gate replication from Oracle-to-Oracle database.

 

Prerequisites: Fundamentals of Oracle 11g,  SQL,  PL SQL and UNIX basic commands.

 

Objective :  The objective of this training is to explain the fundamental concepts of Oracle GoldenGate used for data replication and integration. At the end of this training, the participants are expected to have beginner level knowledge and should be able to start working on live projects.

 

Environment :

Version : Oracle 11.1.1.1

GoldenGatePlatform : UNIX / Any flavor of Linux supported by Oracle 11.1.1.1 GoldenGateDatabase : Oracle 11g R2 (11.2.0.3)

a) Oracle 11g R2 database Server

b) Two instances of Oracle GoldenGate

Hands on : Oracle GoldenGate concepts will be explained by demonstration programs wherever required on Oracle Database running on Linux Platform.
